Renewing a brand in its quest for new customers
While still a successful chain of Chinese snack shops, Ten Wow’s stores began to look dated and was failing to attract new, young customers. Grid Partners was retained to develop a fresh new retail brand image for Ten Wow’s expansion throughout cities in China.
After studying customer demographics and shopping behaviors, GP created a new brand visual language to revitalize the image of Ten Wow stores. The new “confectionery” design is the centerpiece of a visual system that is applied to all customer contact points. The new design has resulted in TenWow winning new customers and new store locations.
