True to its brand promise, Progressive created a customer-centric, one-stop drop off and pick up claim center that provides fast and friendly assistance to the accident distressed motorist. A Progressive Service Representative (PSR) greets the customer with a loaner car and a pager, takes the damaged car in for a complete repair and quality control inspection, and pages the customer when the car is ready for pick up.
GRID Partners was commissioned to design a fully branded experience for the Claim Center and as a quality service showcase for Progressive.
The branded Claim Center delivered a high level of customer satisfaction that was so successful, it revolutionized the auto insurance claim business, and is now successfully implemented in many states.
