Increasing Chinese market share thru a revamped retail brand presentation
The fourth best selling import bath fixture brand in China, HCG commissioned GRID Partners to evaluate and offer recommendations for HCG’s retail presence in China.
Following an extensive study of HCG’s retail channel and retail brand design, GP developed a tiered synergy approach: a flagship store showcasing HCG’s full prouduct line products in an environment that offer customers a premium brand experience,and retail mall and home centers that serve as outreach points for the customers.
GP designed a cohesive display system for the flagship, mall and home center stores, with an enhanced HCG premium brand presentation. The new design resulted in HCG winning many prime retail locations in the highly competitive retail market.
